By signing our Elite Level Academy online Enroll Now page or in person Elite Level Academy contract agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined, including privacy policy and terms conditions. You agreed to be bound by these conditions if you were to move forward with Elite Level Academy.

Signing our Enroll Now online submission or in person Elite Level Academy agreement; this is one of two steps to complete the enrollment process of your child to Elite Level Academy contract agreement. By Enroll Now submission form or in person is only to reserve a temporary seat for your child at one of our centers and its not guarantee unless your first invoice is paid and cleared or we reserve the right to void the enrollment agreement under any circumstances. To complete the enrollment process the applicant  must sign the enrollment agreement, Enroll Now agreement and first payment has been made and cleared for Enroll Now Contact Agreement with Elite Level Academy to be binary.
